Seller certifies that puppy is in good health to the best of Seller's knowledge. Puppies are guaranteed to be vaccinated and examined by licensed veterinarian for health prior to shipping. Seller does not reimburse for veterinary checkups, tests, bills, medication or treatments, lab fees, surgery or training of any kind after buyer receives puppy.

             *DEPOSIT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE PUPPIES ARE RESERVED AND DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE*

The buyer agrees that any and all transportation at any and all times, to and/or from the Seller's premises, will be at the cost and sole responsibility of the buyer, buyer also agrees to have puppy paid for in full including shipping cost, crate and health certificate by the time the puppy is 6 weeks of age. Unless other arrangements are made in writing deposit may/will be subsequent to forfeiture and all sales are final. Buyer understands and agree to AKC register puppy as ( BHB'S ....name ) within 30 days of receiving puppy or all health guarantees will be void !

The buyer agrees to maintain preventative health care of the puppy including, yet not limited to

*inoculations, internal as well as external parasites, heart worm preventative medication.

*preventative care of puppy in regards to hip dysplasia, such as proper nutrition, exercise, and preventing stress injuries

*buyer agrees congenital and genetic diseases which are not life threatening and does not adversely affect the health of

  the puppy will not be covered by this guarantee.

Buyer agrees to release and hold harmless the seller for any and all liability, damages, or injuries, caused either directly or indirectly by puppy to any person, animal, whether actual or legal, or to any property whether real or personal. Buyer assumes full liability for any damages or injuries, whether physical or mental, emotional or economical, caused by puppy to any person whether actual or legal, or to any property after receiving and acknowledging delivery and possession of puppy. This constitute full agreement of both seller and buyer that there are no guarantees or warranties either expressed or implied beyond what is stated in this contract.
